Initially, I was very excited about the place. My first one or two appointments were solid. Since then, I’ve walked out the last four times I’ve been there. They are short-staffed and have no sense of urgency. Today, after sitting there for a half hour, I found out that they had knocked me out of their system and I would have to wait for another hour. The last time I was there, the manager who was about to cut my hair, left me to help with a complete stranger pick out product. I get it. You make commissions on product. I don’t think there will be a fifth walk out.

Awesome Sports Clips in Branford, CT. Liz was great and cut my hair exactly as I described! Can’t wait to come back, enjoy watching hockey while getting my hair cut. The hot towel and shampoo was an unexpected super bonus! She even confirmed the style with her book. Made me laugh and everything was brand new, clean and professional. Can’t wait to tell my friends. Be back for sure on Mondays too! Liz is a huge asset to all Sports Clips! Thank you Liz!
